Q: Do URL Shorteners any Pass Link Juice or Anchor Text or PageRank?
A: Yes,They do pass link juice and anchor text if they are using 301 redirect and almost all well-known URL Shorteners nowadays do use 301 redirect in their services , So in general, There is no harm to use URL Shortener Services such as: Bit.ly and Goo.gl.
But be aware if the links are tagged with “nofollow” tag then they would not pass any Link Juice or Anchor Text or PageRank.

Q: Does Google give a higher rank to website which running Google Adsense?
A: The Answer is NO! Even though some  “SEO Experts” claim that Google gives a higher ranking to a website which displays  Google Adsense advertisement and let’s face it Google is  like any other corporation who is wants to maximize their profits.
But it is highly unlikely and please don’t worry about it and worry more about you site’s inbound links and overall quality!

In general:NO! and if you are linking one page from on you site to another page on you site you should not use nofollow tag.
There is been all this page sculpting techinques and it used to work,  nut now it as myth.
